Can I return my regular priced merchandise?
Yes. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for some you need to return an item, you can do so within 10 days from the receipt of your purchase.
When sending a return, we recommend that you send it using the label included with the packaging slip. Simply place the label on the outside of your return package and drop your package in the US Mail wherever you find it most convenient. No postage is required. A flat fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to process.
Please note, all merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Do my shipping costs get refunded when I make a return?
We do not refund original or return shipping costs.
Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise
Can I return sale items?
We're sorry but Sale and Clearance merchandise is Final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
Do I have to pay for postage if I want to exchange an item?
We do require that you pay postage to return the item you already bought. However, when we mail your exchanged item, there is no shipping charge.
What if I want to exchange my item for something cheaper or more expensive?
We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one.
How long do I have to exchange items?
You can return for an exchange or credit voucher up to 10 days from receipt of purchase.
